“I get to go to work today” is not usually what we hear on Monday, but if you have ever been jobless or, worse, income less than you might understand the enthusiasm of someone grateful for the opportunity to work.
Even in hard times, we are blessed in America with many opportunities to work.
We may not always land the “dream job,” but if we want an opportunity, it is there.
The next time you are tempted to complain about Monday please take a second to think about how you might feel if you didn’t have that job.

Gratitude is a powerful force.
It can change a bad day to a good one, and it can transform employment into a career.
